Our standard working hours are from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with potential slight adjustments based on your individual requirements. We provide a One-Hour arrival window, but we make every effort to accommodate any special requests.

If your cleaning is scheduled for a statutory holiday, we are more than glad to honor your cleaning service.

Payment is due 24 hours prior to your service. Payment is reserved via your selected payment method during the online booking process, and is released to MoveReady CS 24 hours prior to your cleaning service. Payments are made via credit card or e-transfer (where available) for safety.

Who has access to my home keys?

Only the team of MoveReady Cleaning Professionals assigned to clean your home will possess the keys. Each key is returned in the same method it was received.

How do I manage changes or cancellations to my cleaning appointment?

Should you need to alter or cancel your cleaning appointment, please ensure you provide the required advance notice of 24 hours, according to your local policy to avoid any cancellation fees.

What happens if something breaks during the cleaning process?
